Sova announced 2021 HR Tech Award winner

We are delighted to announce that Sova has been awarded the 2021 HR Tech Award winner for Talent Management: Best innovation or Emerging Tech Solution by Lighthouse Research & Advisory.

The HR Tech Awards help buyers in organisations navigate today's HR tech market and critically evaluates providers across learning, HR/workforce and talent, by an independent judging panel. Each award entry was judged on five key areas: problem the technology solves in the market, case study, differentiation analysis, software and company evaluations.

As part of our award submission, we shared the work we have done for Generali, delivered in partnership with Mercer. Generali, a global insurance company with more than 72,000 employees across the world embarked on a business-wide culture and transformation programme, part of which was the development of a fully virtual development centre process built around Generali’s new leadership competency model. Sova’s all-in-one assessment platform meant the end-to-end process was easy to manage with assessments, interviews, scoring and analytics all in one place. Although the programme was already in development before COVID-19, the move to fully digitised solution minimised disruption to the programme with the new virtual assessment centre going live in June 2020.
