Caleb Baker joins Sova to lead Asia-Pacific Region

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Caleb Baker, President, Sova, Asia-Pacific. Building on Sova’s strong foundation in Australia, he is responsible for growing and scaling the business throughout the region, responding to the increasing demand for a digital-first, strategic enterprise-ready talent assessment solution.

Caleb brings considerable expertise and experience to the team, having spent over 20 years in talent acquisition, recruitment process outsourcing, and successfully growing and scaling businesses across Asia-Pacific, including Talent2, Allegis, Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) and Will Group. In addition, he’s a Board advisor, specialising in talent and workforce technology, helping C-suite executives think strategically about talent, future skills and how to accelerate growth through people.

Caleb’s appointment signals a new relationship with Sova, but his connection with the business spans over five years. Throughout his career, he recognised and championed the strategic importance of robust, technology-driven approaches to assessment and its role in helping organisations find the best talent and candidates to find jobs that allow them to fulfil their potential. In a complex vendor market, he singled out Sova as delivering two-way candidate-centric assessment experiences, a next-generation alternative to transactional, dull traditional assessment.
