TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards Winner 2022

We are excited to announce that our ongoing project with the global communications and technology company, Vodafone, has won The Best Use of Technology Award by TALiNT Partners and TALiNT International. This is the second award this project has received and we could not be prouder.

The TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards highlight employers who put excellence in talent acquisition as well as resourcing at the heart of their people decisions. The awards were judged by an independent panel of industry experts and talent leaders who used their experience and insight to impartially determine the winner of each category.

Judges praised Vodafone for their robust thinking and demonstrating the value of leveraging tech effectively at scale.

We feel honoured to be recognised for our work with Vodafone and have collaborated closely with them over the past year to roll out a global assessment solution. A solution that has increased the performance and excellence of the recruitment function globally. Since the launch of this project in October 2021, over 60,000 candidates have been assessed in a fair and consistent way.
