Award-Winning Partnership: TUI and Team Sova take home the Candidate Assessment Award at the IHR Awards

The collaboration between TUI Group and Sova Assessment emerged triumphant in the Candidate Assessment category at the IHRA23 - In-house Recruitment Awards. Established in 2012, the IHRA  serve as a reputable platform honouring the achievements of the UK's best In-house Recruitment Teams and individuals across various categories.

The transformative impact of the Sova-TUI partnership was acknowledged as it not only addressed immediate workforce challenges but also set a new standard for inclusive and efficient recruitment strategies. This success was underscored by the recognition at the IHRA, where TUI stood alongside other distinguished winners, including Virgin Atlantic, Arden University, Farsight Consulting, Poundland & Dealz, and Mediabrands, each excelling in their respective categories.

The Sova-TUI partnership, celebrated for evaluating over 85,000 candidates and the virtual process enabled candidates to complete the process in just one week from application, instead of the previous 8 weeks. The accolade signifies the dedication and hard work invested in the project, with TUI earning well-deserved praise for their exceptional achievements.
