Analytics Dashboard and Admin Portal Enhancements

We’re excited to introduce our new Winter Update. These latest changes will optimise your experience of the Sova platform - here’s a rundown of the key highlights and how they will benefit you. 

Analytics dashboards 

We're delighted to introduce our new analytics dashboards, designed to give you a comprehensive view of participant performance across your projects.  

Accessible via the Admin Portal, these dashboards provide key insights for account and client admins, including total participant numbers, project and account statistics, as well as pass and completion rates. You'll also have a snapshot of participant status over the last 12 months. 

Sova’s analytics dashboards are intended to support your decision-making and improve project management by offering quick access to essential participant progress and performance data.  

Admin Portal Enhancements  

We continue to optimise the user experience of the Admin Portal. This release you’ll notice things like: 

Improved navigation: All report listings are now alphabetized, making it easier for you to find what you need quickly. 

Better usability: We've revamped layouts and improved search, sorting, and filtering capabilities across numerous pages, ensuring you can navigate and manage information more effortlessly. 

Direct control over data privacy: Client Admins now have the ability to directly manage data anonymization periods, giving you more autonomy and ensuring compliance with privacy standards. 

Improved communication tracking: A new feature allows users to view an assessor email log, making it simpler to track and manage communications effectively. 

These updates are designed to streamline your workflow, enhance data management, and improve overall platform usability, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
