Sova recognized for valuable contribution to hiring

We are thrilled and honoured to announce that for the second year running, Sova has been awarded an HR Tech Award for ‘Talent Management: Best innovation or Emerging Tech Solution’ by Lighthouse Research & Advisory.

The HR Tech Awards provide peer-reviewed feedback and inputs on solutions purpose-built to serve employers and the workforce. The program has a rigorous judging component with a panel of independent practitioners, consultants, and educators providing inputs on each submission, including: problem the technology solves in the market, client case study, differentiation analysis, software and company evaluations.

This year our award submission showcased our work with Randstad, a global leader in the HR services industry and the largest recruitment agency in the world. In 2020, Randstad helped nearly two million candidates find a meaningful job with more than 236,000 clients. Randstad is active in 38 markets around the world and has a top-three position in almost half of these.

Randstad’s UK & EMEA talent acquisition function assesses 5,500 candidates each year across 15 countries. Their goal, to transition from a legacy system of online psychometric assessments plus an ATS, to a truly digitalised, end-to-end talent acquisition solution which combines online assessment, assessment centres, interview and analytics in one platform, creating efficiencies and a positive experience for assessors and candidates. The Sova solution combined cutting-edge assessment and digital technology to help Randstad create an agile, fluid approach to hiring that is fit for purpose and fit for the future of the business
